Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Asib Global, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our website services. Because we provide digital, labor-intensive services, the following terms apply to all cancellations and refund requests.
- Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting written notice. All cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed based on the stage of the services at the time the request is received.
- Before Service Commencement, if cancellation is requested before service has begun, a full refund may be issued, excluding any administrative or processing fees.
- After Service Commencement, if the service commenced the client cancels the order and any eligible refund will be calculated on a prorated basis, taking into account the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation. Charges for completed milestones, design drafts, development hours, domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, and any other non-refundable expenses will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- No refunds will be issued once one month of service has been completed, delivered, approved, or officially launched. However, if a submitted document does not meet the standards we adhere to, it will be subject to review. If the issue is determined to be due to our competence and we are unable to rectify it, a refund will be processed.
